Skid-mounted diesel-driven membrane nitrogen production and injection system (1200 m³/hr – 95% N²) is a reliable device. This complete system is suitable for harsh operating conditions (-40°C to +50°C, windy and snowy conditions, and rainy and snowy weather). It can produce high-pressure nitrogen with a purity of 90%-99% and a pressure below 35 MPa on-site.
This membrane nitrogen production unit is powered by a Dongfeng Cummins/Weichai Power diesel engine.
The system consists of two skids, including an air compressor, purification system, membrane separation system, nitrogen booster compressor, and control system. The skids feature a soundproof and heat-insulated cabin equipped with an electric ambient heater, capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -40°C.
